Proposal Management and Control System

Our Client Needed:

• Web based interface for controlling proposal review process by government contracting officers.
• Administration interface allows for uploading spreadsheets, word documents, and PDf files.
• Administrator has full control over title descriptions, control numbers, dates, etc.
• Web based interface for approval/deny process.
• Web site for project management office, sales executives, and employees that allows them to download the most currently approved proposal.
• All sites and interfaces need secure, password protection.

Solution:

• Web-interface created using Perl programs and Netscape Enterprise server on an HP-UX platform.
