• Transaction capable software since numerous employees update order workflow simultaneously.
• Query application for corporate web site so that customers can retrieve order status (subset of data).

• Browser-based tool developed to query, update, add and delete data from Oracle enterprise database.
• Secure site with user id and password login.
• CGI-BIN program for customer web site creates status screens using HTML templates.
