The Needs Assessment provides you with a chance to discuss your challenging situation with an experienced E-Commerce IT consultant. Someone who been down the path before and can map out a proposed solution.

This short-term engagement usually involves a number of meetings or conversations with you and a TechInfo consultant. Once your requirements are defined and researched, TechInfo will provide you with a written Needs Assessment that will include a plan of action. The Needs Assessment can be used as pre-cursor to a formal development proposal. It can be used for help with Strategic E-Commerce Planning, Software Development, or Strategic E-Commerce Marketing requirements.
